amulet-manufacturing-powerclamp-progressive-linkage-thumb
Amulet Manufacturing PowerClamp Progressive-Linkage Hydraulic Thumb

The Amulet PowerClamp Progressive Linkage thumb adds a linkage between the cylinder and the clamp, which stretches the rotation to about 180 degrees and keeps the tooth bar gripping through the full curl of the bucket. Amulet builds each one for your machine and bucket on a shared main pin, with meshing tines and a cushioned cylinder. Use it to place riprap, load brush, logs and debris, handle rock in demolition or sort recyclables. Models cover 5-6 ton through 40-50 ton machines.

The Amulet PowerClamp Progressive Linkage thumb uses linkage geometry to extend the working arc to roughly 180 degrees, so material stays clamped through the full curl of the bucket. Each thumb is a model specific build on a shared main pin, with meshing tines matched to the machine and bucket.

Amulet PowerClamp Progressive Linkage Thumb, a Progressive Link Thumb Built for Your Excavator

Progressive linkage for up to 180 degrees of rotation

Model specific build on a shared main pin

Custom meshing tines

Cushioned hydraulic cylinder and heat treated pins

Two year manufacturer warranty

100 percent USA made by Amulet Manufacturing

PowerClamp Progressive Linkage Models and Weights by Machine Class

Machine class

Amulet model

Approximate weight

5-6 Ton

PCL-1

170 lb

6-8 Ton

PCL-2

355 lb

8-10 Ton

PCL-2

450 lb

10-15 Ton

PCL-3

850 lb

15-20 Ton

PCL-4

1,350 lb

20-25 Ton

PCL-5

1,500 lb

25-30 Ton

PCL-6

1,600 lb

30-40 Ton

PCL-7

1,900 lb

40-50 Ton

PCL-8

2,250 lb

What Excavators Does the Progressive Linkage PowerClamp Fit?

Progressive linkage models cover machines from the 5-6 ton class up to the 40-50 ton class from Bobcat, Caterpillar, Case, John Deere, Kubota, Komatsu, Takeuchi, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, JCB and New Holland.
