amulet-manufacturing-powerclamp-non-link-for-coupler
Amulet Manufacturing PowerClamp Non-Linkage Thumb for Quick Couplers

Coupler equipped excavators can need extra thumb length, so Amulet builds a separate PowerClamp Non-Linkage series for them. Amulet makes each thumb for your machine, bucket and coupler, with meshing tines and a tooth bar on a shared main pin. The cushioned cylinder pins straight to the clamp for about 140 degrees of rotation, enough for logging, storm cleanup, demolition and heavy sorting. Models run from the 80 lb PCNC-1 for 1-3 ton minis to the 1,800 lb PCNC-8 for 40-50 ton excavators.

The Amulet PowerClamp Non Linkage thumb for couplers pairs the model specific PowerClamp design with coupler equipped machines. Built on a shared main pin with tines cut to mesh with your bucket, the direct cylinder connection swings up to 140 degrees for logging, demolition, storm cleanup and heavy sorting work.

Amulet PowerClamp Non-Linkage Hydraulic Excavator Thumb for Quick Coupler Machines

Coupler matched, model specific build on a shared main pin

Up to 140 degrees of thumb rotation

Custom meshing tines and tooth bar

Cushioned hydraulic cylinder and heat treated pins

T-1 and AR400 steel construction

Two year manufacturer warranty

100 percent USA made by Amulet Manufacturing

PowerClamp Coupler Thumb Models and Weights by Machine Class

Machine class

Amulet model

Approximate weight

1-3 Ton

PCNC-1

80 lb

3-5 Ton

PCNC-1

165 lb

5-6 Ton

PCNC-1

175 lb

6-8 Ton

PCNC-2

335 lb

8-10 Ton

PCNC-2

420 lb

10-15 Ton

PCNC-3

700 lb

15-20 Ton

PCNC-4

1,300 lb

20-25 Ton

PCNC-5

1,400 lb

25-30 Ton

PCNC-6

1,500 lb

30-40 Ton

PCNC-7

1,600 lb

40-50 Ton

PCNC-8

1,800 lb

Will the PowerClamp Coupler Thumb Fit Your Excavator?

Coupler models are configured for carriers from the 1-3 ton class up to 40-50 ton machines from Bobcat, Caterpillar, Case, John Deere, Kubota, Komatsu, Takeuchi, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, JCB and New Holland.
