amulet-manufacturing-powerbrute-hydraulic-thumb
Amulet Manufacturing PowerBrute Hydraulic Excavator Thumb

If you swap buckets or run a breaker on the same excavator through the week, the Amulet PowerBrute keeps a hydraulic thumb on the stick through every change. It mounts on its own main pin with a weld on base plate, so buckets and quick couplers come off without touching the thumb. The cushioned cylinder curls the thumb independent of the bucket for rock placement, land clearing and demolition, then stores it tight against the dipper stick. Models run from 1-3 ton minis to 40-50 ton excavators.

The Amulet PowerBrute is a universal hydraulic excavator thumb built on its own independent main pin. It curls in sync with your bucket to grab brush, rock, logs and demolition debris, then folds back against the stick when you want the bucket working alone. Because the main pin is independent, buckets swap on and off without disturbing the thumb.

Amulet PowerBrute Universal Hydraulic Thumb for Excavators and Backhoe Loaders

Universal two tine, open back design that fits most makes and models, old and new

Weld on base plate with independent main pin

Cushioned hydraulic cylinder and heat treated pins

Low maintenance design with greaseable pivots

Two year manufacturer warranty

100 percent USA made by Amulet Manufacturing

PowerBrute Hydraulic Thumb Models and Weights by Machine Class

Machine class

Amulet model

Approximate weight

1-3 Ton

ST01-2

60 lb

3-5 Ton

CT10-2

145 lb

5-6 Ton

CT15-2

155 lb

6-8 Ton

CT20-2

355 lb

8-10 Ton

CT25-2

350 lb

10-15 Ton

UH34

500 lb

15-20 Ton

UH45

600 lb

20-25 Ton

UH56

920 lb

25-30 Ton

UH56

920 lb

30-40 Ton

UH78

1,180 lb

40-50 Ton

UH78

1,180 lb

The Amulet PowerBrute hydraulic thumb brochure (PDF) shows the full length base plate, the remote main pin and the stored position.

What Excavators Does the Amulet PowerBrute Fit?

PowerBrute models cover excavators and backhoe loaders from the 1-3 ton class up to 40-50 ton machines, including popular models from Bobcat, Caterpillar, Case, John Deere, Kubota, Komatsu, Takeuchi, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, JCB and New Holland.
